How To Make Cod & Anchovy Bake

Ingredients

  • 4 cod fillets
  • 8 anchovy fillets
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Grease a baking dish and place the cod fillets in a single layer.

  3. Lay 2 anchovy fillets on top of each cod fillet.

  4. Sprinkle minced garlic evenly over the fish.

  5. Drizzle olive oil over the fish.

  6. Season with salt and pepper.

  7. Place lemon slices on top of each cod fillet.

  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  9. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley.

  10. Serve hot and enjoy!
