Ingredients
- 4 artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 8 anchovy fillets, chopped
- 1 tbsp capers
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped artichoke hearts, anchovy fillets, capers, minced garlic, olive oil, red pepper flakes, breadcrumbs, and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Grease a baking dish with olive oil. Spread the artichoke mixture evenly in the dish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until golden and bubbly.

Serve hot as a side dish or as a topping for crostini.
