How To Make Tomato & Thyme Cod

- 4 cod fillets
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
