How To Make Hot smoked salmon with fennel salad & lemon mayo

Ingredients
- 4 hot smoked salmon fillets
- 1 fennel bulb, thinly sliced
- 1 lemon, zest and juice
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions

In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Mix well and set aside.

Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat. Season the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper.

Place the salmon fillets in the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and lightly charred.

In a large bowl, combine the sliced fennel and olive oil. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Divide the fennel salad onto serving plates. Top with the hot smoked salmon fillets.

Drizzle the lemon mayo over the salmon fillets. Serve immediately.
