How To Make Meat-Lover’s Slow Cooker Spaghetti Sauce
Hot stews and pot roasts are just some of the deletcable meals you get out of a slow cooker. It takes a bit of patience but it’s worth every meat-melting bite. You’ll enjoy the cooking as well as the eating with these slow cooker recipes.

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 lb Italian sausage
- 1/2 lb bacon, diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
- 1/4 cup red wine (optional)
- 2 tsp dried basil
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving
Instructions

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef, Italian sausage, and bacon over medium heat. Drain excess fat.

Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent.

Transfer the meat mixture to a slow cooker. Add crushed tomatoes, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, red wine (if using), dried basil, dried oregano, sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.

Cover the slow cooker and cook on low heat for 4 hours, or on high heat for 2 hours.

Serve the spaghetti sauce over cooked spaghetti noodles. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
