How To Make Superb Sautéed Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they release their moisture and start to brown.

Sprinkle the dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper over the mushrooms. Stir to evenly coat the mushrooms.

Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until the mushrooms are cooked through and caramelized.

Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley.

Serve hot as a side dish or as a topping for steak, pasta, or grilled vegetables.
