How To Make IHOP Spinach and Mushroom Omelette Recipe
A fluffy omelette filled with sautéed mushrooms and spinach, topped with melted cheese.

Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a bowl, whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper.

Melt the butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Add the mushrooms and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.

Add the spinach to the pan and cook until wilted (about 1-2 minutes).

Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook until set (about 5 minutes).

Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top and fold the omelette in half.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted.
