How To Make IHOP Spinach and Mushroom Omelette Recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper.

  2. Melt the butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.

  3. Add the mushrooms and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.

  4. Add the spinach to the pan and cook until wilted (about 1-2 minutes).

  5. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook until set (about 5 minutes).

  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top and fold the omelette in half.

  7. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted.

  8. Serve hot.
