- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1 small red onion, sliced

- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives
- 4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste

In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, onion, cucumber, green pepper, and olives.
