Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 6 cups of salad greens
  • 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 avocado, peeled and chopped
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup of blue cheese, crumbled
  • ¼ cup of red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup of corn kernels
  • ¼ cup of ranch dressing
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large salad bowl, place salad greens at the bottom.

  2. Arrange chicken, bacon, avocado, hard-boiled eggs, cherry tomatoes, blue cheese, red onion, and corn kernels on top of the greens.

  3. Drizzle ranch dressing over the salad and toss everything together.

  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Serve and enjoy!
