How To Make Easy Thai beef salad

Ingredients
- 1 lb beef steak, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 cup roasted peanuts, chopped
Instructions

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, lime juice, fish sauce, brown sugar, grated ginger, and minced garlic. Add the sliced beef to the marinade and let it sit for at least 10 minutes.

Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the marinated beef for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes.

In a large bowl, combine the cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, cherry tomatoes, cilantro, and mint leaves.

Slice the grilled beef into thin strips and add it to the bowl with the vegetables.
