How To Make Thai Beef Salad

Ingredients
- 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 cucumber, seeded and sliced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 cup fresh Thai basil leaves
- 1/4 cup roasted peanuts, chopped
- For the dressing:
- 3 tablespoons fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
Instructions

Heat a grill or griddle pan over medium-high heat. Season the beef with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes. Slice thinly against the grain.

In a large bowl, combine the sliced beef, cucumber, red onion, cherry tomatoes, cilantro, mint, and Thai basil.

In a small bowl, whisk together the fish sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.

Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.

Sprinkle the chopped peanuts on top.

Serve the Thai beef salad immediately.
