How To Make Chicken Broccoli Salad

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, grilled and sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- dressing:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the grilled chicken, broccoli florets, red onion, cherry tomatoes, sliced almonds, dried cranberries, and crumbled feta cheese.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
