How To Make Spicy Chicken Salad with Broccoli

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 jalapeno pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, broccoli, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeno pepper, and cilantro.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, soy sauce, honey, sriracha sauce, salt, and pepper.

Pour the dressing over the chicken and vegetable mixture and toss to coat evenly.
