How To Make Broccoli Lemon Chicken with Cashews

- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup cashews, chopped
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook for about 6-8 minutes per side or until cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add broccoli and garlic. Sauté for 3-4 minutes or until broccoli is tender.
