  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn, bell peppers, etc.)
  • 1 cup protein (chicken, shrimp, tofu, etc.)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.

  2. Add the minced garlic and diced onion, and cook until fragrant and translucent.

  3. Add the protein and cook until fully cooked through.

  4. Add the mixed vegetables and cook until they are tender-crisp.

  5. Stir in the cooked rice and soy sauce. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, until heated through.

  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
