  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 large onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 4 small pizza crusts
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add onions and cook until caramelized, about 15-20 minutes.

  2. Sprinkle brown sugar and balsamic vinegar over the onions, stirring occasionally, until onions are sticky and caramelized.

  3. Preheat the oven to the temperature recommended by the pizza crust package instructions.

  4. Spread caramelized onions evenly over the pizza crusts. Top with crumbled feta cheese.

  5. Bake pizzas in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is crispy and the cheese is melted and slightly golden.

  6. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
