How To Make Spicy Stir-Fried Sprouts
A delicious and spicy stir-fried sprouts dish that is packed with flavor.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 4 cups of sprouts
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 red chili, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- Salt to taste
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions

Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced onions and minced garlic to the pan and sauté until they become fragrant and golden.

Add the sprouts and red chili to the pan and stir-fry for about 5 minutes until they start to wilt.

In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and salt.

Pour the sauce over the sprouts and stir to coat them evenly.

Continue stir-frying for another 5 minutes or until the sprouts are cooked to your desired tenderness.

Remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds.

Serve hot as a side dish or as a main course with rice or noodles.
