How To Make Dandan Noodles

Ingredients
- 8 oz dried egg noodles
- 1 lb ground pork
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sichuan peppercorns, crushed
- 2 tbsp chili garlic sauce
- 2 tbsp Chinese sesame paste
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Salt, to taste
Instructions

Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the ground pork, garlic, and ginger. Cook until the pork is browned and cooked through.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, sesame paste, and chicken broth.

Add the sauce to the skillet with the ground pork. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Remove from heat and stir in the green onions and sesame oil. Season with salt to taste.

Serve the Dandan Noodles hot, garnished with more sliced green onions.
