Ingredients

  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Cook egg noodles according to package directions, then drain and set aside.

  3. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is browned and onion is tender. Drain any excess fat.

  4. Stir in beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, and garlic powder. Simmer for 10 minutes.

  5. Place cooked noodles in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish. Top with beef mixture, then sprinkle with shredded cheese.

  6. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
