  • 1 lb ground meat (beef, lamb, or a combination)
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, chopped onion, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, parsley, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

  2. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.

  3. Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.

  4. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

  5. Cook the meatballs in batches, turning them occasionally, until they are browned and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.

  6. Serve the meatballs hot with your favorite dipping sauces, such as tzatziki or marinara.
