Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) of sausages
  • 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary, leaves removed and chopped
  • 3 tbsp of honey
  • 1 tbsp of whole grain mustard
  • 1 tbsp of soy sauce
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or barbecue to medium heat.

  2. Cut the sausages into bite-sized pieces and thread onto the soaked wooden skewers.

  3. In a small bowl, mix together the chopped rosemary, honey, whole grain mustard, and soy sauce.

  4. Brush the sauce mixture over the sausages, making sure they are well coated.

  5. Place the skewers onto the preheated grill or barbecue and cook for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the sausages are cooked through and glazed with the sticky sauce.

  6. Remove from the heat and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
