- 12 apricots, pitted and halved
- 8 slices of bacon, cut into thirds
- 8 sausages, cut into bite-sized pieces
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions

Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Thread an apricot half, a piece of bacon, and a piece of sausage onto a skewer. Repeat with remaining ingredients.

Place skewers on the preheated grill and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until bacon is crispy and sausages are cooked through.
