Ingredients

  • 1 lb rabbit meat, cut into skewerable size pieces
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, rosemary, garlic, and salt and pepper.

  2. Add the rabbit pieces and coat well. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  4. Thread the marinated rabbit onto the soaked skewers.

  5. Grill the skewers for 10-15 minutes, rotating occasionally, until the rabbit is cooked through.
