  • 8 Spanish sausages
  • 16 small potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

  2. Cook the potatoes in boiling water for about 10 minutes until slightly tender. Drain and let cool.

  3. Cut the Spanish sausages into 1-inch slices.

  4. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  5. Thread the sausage and potato pieces onto the soaked wooden skewers.

  6. Brush the skewers with the olive oil mixture.

  7. Grill the skewers for about 5 minutes on each side, or until the sausages are cooked through and the potatoes are crispy.
