Ingredients
- 8 Spanish sausages
- 16 small potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water

Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Cook the potatoes in boiling water for about 10 minutes until slightly tender. Drain and let cool.

Cut the Spanish sausages into 1-inch slices.

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Thread the sausage and potato pieces onto the soaked wooden skewers.
