How To Make Squid with Brandy & Cream

Ingredients
- 500g squid, cleaned and sliced into rings
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup brandy
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add the squid rings to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes, until they are opaque and tender.

Remove the skillet from the heat and carefully add the brandy. Return the skillet to the heat and cook for another 2 minutes, allowing the brandy to reduce slightly.

Reduce the heat to low and pour in the heavy cream. Stir well to combine and simmer for about 5 minutes, until the sauce thickens.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the squid with the creamy brandy sauce, garnished with fresh parsley.
