How To Make Brandy Syrup Cream
A decadent and creamy dessert infused with the rich flavors of brandy syrup.

Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup brandy
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Instructions

In a small saucepan, combine the brandy, sugar, water, and cornstarch. Whisk until the cornstarch is dissolved.

Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a simmer. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until the syrup thickens.

Remove the saucepan from heat and let the syrup cool to room temperature.

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.

Gradually pour the cooled brandy syrup into the whipped cream, while continuing to whip, until well combined and creamy.

Divide the brandy syrup cream into serving bowls or glasses. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
