Total: 35 minutes

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken drumsticks
  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper

  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
