This Ruby Tuesday’s Southern style chicken tenders recipe is great to have as finger food in a party. Juicy chicken strips coated in a crunchy breading.

  • 2 lb chicken breast, skinless, boneless and sliced into strips
  • cup wheat flour
  • 1 egg
  • 4 tbsp almond milk
  • 1 cup bread crumbs


  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Place flour in a dish. Set aside.
  3. Combine egg and milk in a separate bowl. Mix thoroughly and set aside.
  4. Place the breadcrumbs in another bowl.
  5. Dip chicken strips in the flour, then the egg mixture, then the bread crumb mixture.
  6. Place on a cooking tray and place in oven.
  7. Cook for about 20 minutes or until breadcrumbs have browned and chicken is cooked thoroughly. Serve.
