  • 4cupsself-rising flour
  • 4tbspsugar
  • 2tbspbaking powder
  • 2tbspbutter
  • 1rawegg
  • 11/2cupswarm milk
  • oilfor deep frying


  1. Whisk all the dry-ingredients together. Add butter until the mixture looks sand-like.

  2. Let the dough rest for minimum of 30 minutes

  3. Roll and cut into desired shapes, preferably triangles.

  4. Deep fry in a hot clean oil until golden brown.

  5. Enjoy!
