How To Make Crispy Fried Chicken Skin

- 1 lb chicken skin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Oil for frying

Preheat a deep fryer or a large pot filled with oil to 375°F (190°C).

Pat the chicken skin dry with paper towels and cut it into bite-sized pieces.

In a bowl, mix together the salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.

Sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over the chicken skin pieces, making sure each piece is well coated.
