  • 1 lb chicken skin
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat a deep fryer or a large pot filled with oil to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Pat the chicken skin dry with paper towels and cut it into bite-sized pieces.

  3. In a bowl, mix together the salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.

  4. Sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over the chicken skin pieces, making sure each piece is well coated.

  5. Carefully place the chicken skin pieces into the hot oil, frying in small batches to avoid overcrowding. Fry for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

  6. Using a slotted spoon or tongs, transfer the fried chicken skin to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

  7. Serve hot as a delicious and addictive snack.
