- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- Green onions, for garnish
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, honey, and garlic powder. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, coat the chicken breasts with cornstarch.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the chicken breasts until they are golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.

Transfer the fried chicken to a baking sheet and brush generously with the sauce mixture. Bake for 10 minutes.

Remove from the oven and brush with more sauce. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
