Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • Vegetable oil, for frying
  • Green onions, for garnish
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, honey, and garlic powder. Mix well.

  3. In a separate bowl, coat the chicken breasts with cornstarch.

  4. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the chicken breasts until they are golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.

  5. Transfer the fried chicken to a baking sheet and brush generously with the sauce mixture. Bake for 10 minutes.

  6. Remove from the oven and brush with more sauce. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
