Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 12 wonton wrappers
  • Cooking spray
  • Green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a bowl, combine the cooked chicken, mayonnaise, hot sauce, honey, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix well.

  3. Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray. Press one wonton wrapper into each muffin cup, making sure it comes up the sides.

  4. Fill each wonton cup with the chicken mixture.

  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the wonton wrappers are golden brown and crispy.

  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.

  7. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
