- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a casserole dish.

Boil the sweet potato cubes in a pot of water until tender. Drain.

In a large bowl, mash the sweet potatoes. Add brown sugar, melted butter, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix well.

Transfer the mixture to the greased casserole dish. Sprinkle chopped pecans on top.
