  • 1 pie crust
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped cooked bacon
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped spinach

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the pie crust in a pie dish and set aside.

  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, milk, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Sprinkle the cheese, bacon, onion, bell pepper, and spinach evenly over the pie crust.

  4. Pour the egg mixture over the fillings, making sure everything is well coated.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
