Ingredients

  • 8 oz macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, beaten eggs, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

  4. Transfer the macaroni mixture into a greased baking dish.

  5. Sprinkle paprika and breadcrumbs on top of the macaroni mixture.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden and crispy.

  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
