How To Make Lazy Perogies

Ingredients
- 1 package of refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 cup of mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup of cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 cup of chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup of sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking sheet.

Roll out the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.

In a bowl, mix together the mashed potatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, cooked bacon, chopped green onions, sour cream, salt, and pepper.

Place a spoonful of the potato mixture onto the wide end of each crescent roll triangle.

Roll up the dough, starting from the wide end, and place the perogies onto the greased baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.

Serve the lazy perogies hot with sour cream for dipping.
