How To Make Broiled or Grilled Pollo Sabroso

You have the choice to either broil or grill this pollo sabroso dish. Chicken thighs are seasoned with Spanish spices for truly delicious main dish.

Preparation: 15 minutes
Cooking: 30 minutes
Total: 45 minutes

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 6chicken thighs,medium, with bone and skin
  • 1tbspvinegar
  • 2tspsoy sauce
  • 1pktSazon,preferably Badia brand with no MSG
  • 1tspAdobo
  • ½tspgarlic powder
  • ½tspdried oregano

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with vinegar and soy sauce.

  2. Add sazon, adobo, garlic powder, oregano and adobo and mix well.

  3. Let chicken marinate for at least 15 minutes.

  4. Broil or grill on low for about 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, turning halfway. Enjoy with rice and salad.
