Ingredients
- 4 flour tortillas
- 2 cups of shredded chicken
- 1 cup of mixed veggies (peppers, onions, tomatoes)
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 1 tsp of cumin
- 1 tsp of chili powder
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, veggies, cheese, and spices.
