Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp Korean chili paste
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. In a bowl, mix together Korean chili paste, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and cornstarch.

  3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the sauce over them, making sure they are coated evenly.

  4. Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until fully cooked.

  5. Once cooked, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
