Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp chili garlic sauce
- 3 dates, pitted and chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds, for garnish
- Green onions, chopped, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, ketchup, chili garlic sauce, dates, garlic, ginger, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Add chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat them with the sauce.

Arrange the chicken wings on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the chicken wings are cooked through and golden brown, flipping halfway through.
