Oven Omelette Recipe

Almost everyone I know makes omelettes just on the stove and not the oven. You should try this recipe because by placing the omelette in the oven, it makes it taste so much better!

How To Make Oven Omelette

  • 8 eggs
  • 2 cup cooked ham (diced)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded )
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp dried onion (minced )
  • 2 cup frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
  1. In a large bowl, beat the eggs, milk, and salt. Then stir in the remaining ingredients.

  2. Pour the mixture into a greased 8-inch square baking dish.

  3. Next, bake the omelette in an oven uncovered at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45-50 minutes. Make sure that a knife inserted near the center of the omelette comes out clean. This is in order to ensure that it's cooked well enough.

  4. Once your omelette is done cooking, serve it and enjoy!
