How To Make Cheesy Omelette Burgers

Ingredients
- 8 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk

- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 hamburger buns

Instructions

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour a quarter of the egg mixture into the skillet and spread it evenly.

Sprinkle a tablespoon of shredded cheddar cheese on one-half of the omelette. Fold the other half over the cheese to form a half-moon shape.
