Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.

  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour a quarter of the egg mixture into the skillet and spread it evenly.

  3. Sprinkle a tablespoon of shredded cheddar cheese on one-half of the omelette. Fold the other half over the cheese to form a half-moon shape.

  4. Cook the omelette for 2-3 minutes on each side or until it is cooked through and the cheese is melted. Repeat with the remaining egg mixture and cheese.

  5. Toast the hamburger buns in a toaster or on a skillet.

  6. Place each omelette on a toasted bun and add desired toppings.
