How To Make From-the-Fridge Omelette

Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup diced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Cooking oil or butter, for frying

In a bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat a bit of cooking oil or butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Add the diced onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms to the skillet. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Pour the whisked eggs into the skillet, covering the cooked vegetables. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the edges begin to set.

Sprinkle the diced tomatoes and shredded cheese over one half of the omelette.

Use a spatula to carefully fold the other half of the omelette over the filling. Cook for another 2-3 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the omelette is cooked to your desired doneness.
