Ingredients

  • 4 chapatis
  • 2 cups spinach, finely chopped
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan over medium heat and add a teaspoon of oil.

  2. Add the chopped spinach to the pan and sauté until wilted. Remove from heat and set aside.

  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together. Season with salt and pepper.

  4. Heat another teaspoon of oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and let it cook for a few seconds.

  5. Place the cooked chapati on top of the omelette and gently press down to make it stick. Flip the omelette and chapati together and cook for a few more seconds until the omelette is fully cooked.

  6. Remove from heat and sprinkle shredded cheese on top.

  7. Place a spoonful of sautéed spinach on one side of the omelette and roll it up tightly.

  8. Repeat with the remaining chapatis and omelette.

  9. Serve the spinach omelette chapati wraps warm.
