Ingredients

  • 2 lb carrots, fresh
  • 1/2 lb sugar
  • 2 oz self rising flour
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp marjoram

Instructions

  1. Steam carrots in a medium pan with water over medium heat. Cover and cook until carrots are tender.

  2. Mash carrots in a food processor and blend all remaining ingredients.

  3. Place in greased pan (approximately 9 x 13). 

  4. Bake at 350° F until center is firm (about 45 minutes).
