How To Make Corn Soufflé

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of corn kernels
  • 4 eggs, separated
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1/2 tsp of black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp of paprika
  • 1/4 tsp of garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9-inch (23cm) baking dish.

  2. In a bowl, combine the corn kernels, egg yolks, milk, flour, Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Mix well.

  3. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.

  4. Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the corn mixture until well combined.

  5. Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the soufflé is golden brown and set.

  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
