How To Make Soufflé Pancakes
Fluffy and airy pancakes that melt in your mouth.

Ingredients
- 4 eggs, separated
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
- Maple syrup, for serving
- Fresh berries, for garnish
Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, whisk the egg yolks until pale and creamy.

Gradually add the flour, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract to the egg yolks. Mix until well combined.

In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.

Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the pancake batter.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and grease lightly.

Spoon about 1/4 cup of the batter onto the pan for each pancake.

Cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until golden brown.

Serve the soufflé pancakes immediately with maple syrup and fresh berries.
