Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 150g smoked salmon, chopped
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out the puff pastry and line a tart tin with it, trimming any excess.

  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. Stir in the smoked salmon, Parmesan cheese, and chopped dill.

  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared tart tin and smooth the top.

  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until the soufflé is puffed and golden brown.

  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
