How To Make Baked Fish with Mint & Mango Relish

- 4 fish fillets (such as cod or snapper)
- 1/4 cup chopped mint leaves
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Place the fish fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Season the fish with salt and pepper.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the chopped mint, diced mango, red onion, lime juice, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
