Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  4. Sear the chicken breasts on both sides until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.

  5. Transfer the chicken breasts to a baking dish and pour the alfredo sauce over them.

  6. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese over the top.

  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
